Advanced Report Information
This Report delivers a decision/recommendation based on the applicant's credit history (6 years) and authenticated referee feedback. Income is verified and references are taken verbally. Outstanding written references will be forwarded on receipt.
The Advanced Report verifies the applicant's ability to afford the rent & checks the suitability of a Guarantor.
Fees: £26.95 + VAT per applicant. £22.95 + VAT per applicant for Agent Account holders & block purchases of 10 or more credits (valid for 12 months).
Schedule: We aim to process applications within 2 working days.
We will contact the applicant or requesting user (as specified) for additional information should it be required.
Applicants: This Report is suitable for all prospective tenants who have been resident within the UK for the past 3 years.
Student, unemployed and retired applicants must include the details of a prospective Guarantor.
Warranty: All applicants that attain an ACCEPT recommendation are eligible for rent warranty protection
Submission: Registration is free to all users however this must be completed online or via fax before applications can be submitted.
Once registered, applications can be submitted via the online submission system (available following login) or via fax.
Information required: The more information submitted, the faster the application can be processed. Referee contact numbers and incorrect addresses will slow processing times.

Authorisation: The applicant's authorisation must be provided. A disclaimer is included on the paper application forms & can be downloaded from here (Word doc)
